The project consists of a main house, a two story guest house/garage and a courtyard, the latter to assure complete privacy and wind protection.  A desire to recapture the strength of Sea Ranch's roots led to the use of traditional shed roofs with lean-tos, 1x12 rough redwood siding, and corrugated sheet metal roofing, left to weather naturally.
