A desire to recapture the strength of Sea Ranch’s roots
led to the use of a wind protected courtyard, exposed interior
framing, traditional shed roofs with lean-tos, 1 x 12 rough
redwood board siding, and corrugated sheet metal roofing, left
to weather naturally.
